Hathway Big Boss trial to be set on Friday April 11th.
Wednesday, April 9th, 2008The 1st degree murder trial for Wilfred Hathway has been postponed once again. A new trial date will be set on Friday April 11th, 2008. Legal Councel for Hathway became ill and could not proceed. The trial was scheduled for 5 weeks beginning March 31st, 2008. Wilfred Hathway was charged with the 1998 murder of his rooming house landlord in 2004 after he was targeted in what is known as the “Big Boss Sting” or “Mr. Big” by Saskatoon City Police and the British Columbia R.C.M.P. “E” Division. Wilfred Hathway has been incarcerated since May of 2004 awaiting trial.
