Trial dates have been set for Wilfred Hathway who was charged with the murder of his rooming house landlord who died in 1998. Hathway’s trial will begin March 31, 2008.
An application was made for additional funding for counsel as all prep time allowed by Court Services has been used. Justice Albright reserved his decision.

The majority of those were unfortunate and did not have the funds to pay us for our help. We have come to a point where we have depleted our resources and can no longer continue to assist others at our own expense.
